Hello from Herbal Rooms Homestay,

we would like to THANK YOU ALL for supporting our Green Room idea on Travelstarter.
In the spring we were cutting stones, collecting stones from the Soca river for the wall, painting wooden fence, planting vegetables and picking healing plants. Plenty of work. We also prepared cuttings from wild hops. When they grow, they provide pleasent shade in the open-air Green Room during the summer. The Green Room is almost done. In order to make it look nicer, we plan to lay garden tiles and a sink beside home-grown veggies which we haven’t thought about earlier. One of the big challenges was and still is to find likable wooden deckchairs and unique pot for herbal baths we like. Till now … no luck.

Pozdravčki iz Zeliščne hiše,
HVALA VSEM, ki ste podprli našo Zeleno sobo na Travelstarterju.
Spomladi smo “širili Zeleno sobo”, nabirali primerne kamne v strugi reke Soče za zid, prebarvali leseno ograjo, posadili ogromno zelenjave ter začeli nabirati zdravilne rastline. Ogromno dela. Prav tako smo pripravili potaknjence divjega hmelja, ki bo gostom Zelene sobe nudil prijetno senčko v poletnih mesecih. Zelena soba je skoraj že gotova. Da bi izgledala res kul, planiramo položiti še ploščice ter umivalnik poleg zelenjavnega vrta. O vsem tem prej sploh nismo razmišljali. Iščemo lesene ležalnike ter unikatno posodo za zeliščne kopeli, ki bi nam bile všeč. A še brez večjega uspeha.
Dobrodošli, da prespite v naših zeliščnih sobah in preizkusite zeliščno aromaterapijo.
